BRANDING

Lotus Land Cannabis Club Rebranding

By BRANDING, PRINT DESIGN

Lotus Land Cannabis Club in Vancouver needed a re-brand for launching their new line of vape pens, and oils, as well as their up-and-coming flagship store.

Project Goals

The owners needed a fresh, new, sophisticated look for their cannabis club and their new line of products. The new design will be applied to their new packaging, labels, products and brick-and-mortar shops.

Process

Building on their new positioning, the idea was a simple one; create a whole new experience and  environment, reminiscent of vintage lounge clubs of the 50’s, seasoned with retro and art deco elements. The logotype is bold and central, with a lotus flower fashioned as a crown as a subtle logo mark.

Challenges

The design phase came before the proposed post-regulation for packaging, and new layout rules and colours had to be applied.

Results

This project is a work-in-progress.

Aspen Clean

By BRANDING, Fashion

Aspen Clean is an established cleaning company and manufacturer of Eco-friendly household cleaning products in Canada. They recently implemented a cradle-to-cradle environmental design vision, with their new product packaging being 100% recyclable. This new vision entailed a new direction in branding and the company’s marketing materials.

Project Goals

To create and manage Aspen Clean’s social media channel’s content and design.

Process

The internal marketing group provided their existing materials as well as the new direction that they were about to take. I came up with 2 content calendars for the next two months which touched on related topics such as house-cleaning, eco-friendly products, de-cluttering, and healthy living.

Challenges

It was a challenge to balance these two as I was taking on an established brand, but with the help of their internal creative team, I was able to create assets that matched the existing campaign.

RESULTS

The new content we provided resulted in more engagements and views, increasing Aspen Clean’s traffic and sales.

Roundtable Pizza

By BRANDING, SOCIAL MEDIA, WORDPRESS WEBSITE

With over 19 years of experience in the pizza business, the Roundtable Pizza owners were looking for a boost in their sales. But Richmond, BC is no stranger to Roundtable pizza. How could they stand out amongst the other franchise owners (and other competitors) in the area and establish a solid online presence?

Project Goals

Roundtable Pizza Richmond’s website needed a fresh new look- A mobile-responsive website that will make online ordering faster. I also designed their social media campaign as a follow-up to the website project.

Process

I built a website with efficient call-to-action buttons, dividing the sections into three main steps: View offers (top block), select pizza (middle block) and order now (third block).

Challenges

At the start, I proposed more functionality on the website such as an engagement window for orders. The client was concerned about the new process and how it would affect his operations and had to postpone it to the next project phase.

Results

The new website was configured for SEO and digital marketing and was deployed simultaneously with social media and paid advertisement campaign. This synergy resulted in higher ranking and sales.
